With more than two decades in film and television, Sarah Wilson is one of Australia’s most experienced and innovative commercial producers and brand-integration specialists. Her career spans collaborations with many of the world’s leading production companies — ITV, Southern Star, Endemol, and Banijay Group — working at the centre of iconic global formats.
Her portfolio includes some of Australia’s most successful unscripted series, including The Voice, Big Brother, I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, My Kitchen Rules, SAS Australia, Secret Life of 4 Year Olds, and Deal or No Deal.
Beyond unscripted, Sarah has contributed to acclaimed scripted and documentary projects such as Offspring, Anh’s Brush with Fame, the Underbelly franchise, Wolf Creek, Informer 3838, and RBT.
Sarah’s core strength lies in bridging creativity and commerce — integrating brands, sponsors, and partners into programming in a way that enhances rather than interrupts narrative. Her expertise includes brand-funded formats, product integration, sponsorship architecture, commercial creative, activations, live events, licensing, consumer products and multi-platform brand extensions.
Recognised by colleagues for her strategic instincts and story-first approach, Sarah excels at finding the balance where editorial integrity, audience connection, and commercial opportunity meet. As Co-Founder of Rogue Martini Group, she drives the commercial and partnership strategy behind RMG’s premium factual slate.
