Sarah Wilson has spent more than two decades helping great stories find sustainable ways to be made, funded and shared with audiences. Working at the intersection of storytelling and commercial strategy, she has collaborated with many of Australia's leading production companies, including ITV Studios Australia, Endemol and Banijay, where she developed commercial partnerships that strengthen content rather than compromise it.

Her portfolio includes some of Australia’s most successful unscripted series, including The Voice, Big Brother, I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, My Kitchen Rules, SAS Australia, Secret Life of 4 Year Olds, and Deal or No Deal.

Beyond unscripted, Sarah has contributed to acclaimed scripted and documentary projects such as Offspring, the Underbelly franchise, Wolf Creek, and RBT.

Throughout her career, Sarah has specialised in developing commercial partnerships that feel authentic to the story, protect creative integrity and create value for everyone involved.

As Co-Founder of Rogue Martini Group, she leads the company's commercial partnerships and strategy, helping shape original content through commercially sustainable models that connect audiences, creators and brands.
